After 20 mins your feta must be golden round the edges and your pittas need to be crisp. Remove from the oven and delegate cool for 10 minutes. Turns out, it was. A fast note about the preserved lemon you don't always need to purchase it particularly for this dish if you do not believe you'll utilize it in anything else (because just a really small amount is required), BUT if you do take place to have some in the refrigerator, then I extremely recommend it as I think it works surprisingly with the feta.
